April 17, 2007 -- -- Application service provider USi (usi.com), a subsidiary of AT&T (att.com), announced on Tuesday it has acquired IBM WebSphere commerce consultant Daniel IT (danielit.com) for an undisclosed amount.

The combination of the companies creates a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for implementing, integrating, hosting and managing the WebSphere Commerce application, says USi. The company says that with the acquisition, it reinforces USi's commitment to working with the IBM WebSphere family of products and expands its existing WebSphere Commerce practice.
